Community Improvement Plan Review Project
The Town of The Blue Mountains recently completed a comprehensive review of its Community Improvement Plan (CIP), resulting in the adoption of a new CIP titled Reaching Our Peak.
The Town is currently preparing program information and application materials for the new CIP. Information about available incentive programs, eligibility requirements and application details will be added to this page as it becomes available.

A Community Improvement Plan (CIP) is a planning and economic development tool that municipalities may use to facilitate broad community revitalization goals through grants or loans to private property owners and tenants.
In 2026, the Town of The Blue Mountains approved a new Community Improvement Plan, titled Reaching Our Peak, to support strategic revitalization for businesses in core commercial and agricultural areas, as well as housing across the affordability spectrum. The expected outcome of this CIP is to foster sustainable investment and growth that will allow the Town to remain economically prosperous, resilient and investment ready.
