The Blue Mountains Purchasing division is the centralized agency for the procurement of goods and services required by all departments. It is the duty of the Purchasing Division to acquire goods and services as economically as possible with due regard for price, quality, and delivery.

2012-7-T-COR Demolition, Removal of Debris and Site Restoration of the Former Town Hall at 26 Bridge Street East, Thornbury, Ontario (Tenders)

The Town Clerk of The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains, located in the Administration Office at 32 Mill Street, 1st Floor, Thornbury, Ontario, will receive tenders for the demolition, removal of debris and site restoration of the former Town Hall located at 26 Bridge Street East, Thornbury, Ontario no later than the deadline of February 23, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. local time. A mandatory site inspection has been scheduled for February 10, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Bidders are required to meet at the Town Hall Council Chamber at 32 Mill Street, Thornbury, ON. All proponents wishing to submit a tender MUST attend this site inspection, sign an attendance sheet provided by the Town and review the building and site to be qualified to bid. The Town will not accept a bid from any Bidder who does not attend the mandatory site inspection. Bidders are requested to park at the former Town Hall site located immediately to the west of Town Hall.
