The Blue Mountains Purchasing division is the centralized agency for the procurement of goods and services required by all departments. It is the duty of the Purchasing Division to acquire goods and services as economically as possible with due regard for price, quality, and delivery.

The Town is undertaking to retain a Project Consultant to prepare an innovative and comprehensive Sustainable Community Improvement Plan (CIP) that will promote and guide sustainable economic revitalization of the Town’s three downtown commercial areas. The Sustainable CIP will combine economic development, planning and urban design tools into an innovative plan that is custom designed to address the key barriers to economic development and revitalization in the Town’s commercial areas.
