The Blue Mountains Purchasing division is the centralized agency for the procurement of goods and services required by all departments. It is the duty of the Purchasing Division to acquire goods and services as economically as possible with due regard for price, quality, and delivery.

2016-18-P-IPW SCADA Integration and PLC Maintenance for Town Water Facilities (RFPs)

The Town’s Infrastructure & Public Works Department (Water Section) requires SCADA related services to provide system integration and technical support for the Town’s water system. This work includes support from time to time for: i) Adding new upgrades to the system; ii) Troubleshooting problems that may occur; iii) Emergency repairs and replacements as necessary. The Town’s Water Section requires SCADA Integration and PLC Maintenance Services to maintain the existing SCADA system. The Town wishes to retain a SCADA Integrator to provide programming, maintenance and service support. The cost of the services provided will be paid on an hourly basis or at a negotiated upset fee estimate based on an agreed work plan for a particular assignment.
