The Blue Mountains Purchasing division is the centralized agency for the procurement of goods and services required by all departments. It is the duty of the Purchasing Division to acquire goods and services as economically as possible with due regard for price, quality, and delivery.

2016-40-P-PDS Provision of Engineering Support Services (RFPs)

The Town requires Engineering Support Services from time to time to carry out: i) peer review of Land Development Engineering proposals ii) Engineering Standards review and update, and iii) miscellaneous engineering assignments having a value of less than $15,000 per project. The Town wishes to retain at least two Engineering Consulting firms to provide support services for a contract period of two years with the option to extend for an additional two one-year periods. The assignment of work among the selected Engineering Consultants retained to undertake this work will be at the sole discretion of the Town. The cost of the services provided will be paid on an hourly basis or at a negotiated upset cost estimate based on an agreed work plan for a particular assignment.
