The Blue Mountains Purchasing division is the centralized agency for the procurement of goods and services required by all departments. It is the duty of the Purchasing Division to acquire goods and services as economically as possible with due regard for price, quality, and delivery.

A Voluntary Site Inspection has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. LOCAL TIME. Bidders are invited to meet at Town Hall, 32 Mill Street, Thornbury. The Town will make the site available for inspection by interested parties who will be asked to sign the Attendance Sheet provided by the Town.
