GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Work to be provided by the successful Bidder is generally described as follows: Work under this Contract includes the replacement of the roof assemblies (including all related components) at the following sites: • Thornbury Water Filtration Plant, 230 Peel St., Thornbury, ON; • Thornbury Wastewater Treatment Plant (Administration Building), 2 Grey St, S., Thornbury, ON; • Thornbury Wastewater Treatment Plant (Inlet Building), 2 Grey St, S., Thornbury, ON; • Thornbury Wastewater Treatment Plant (UV Channel Building), 2 Grey St, S., Thornbury, ON; The work shall include the replacement of the 96,000 BTU HVAC unit (including all related components) at the following site: • Thornbury Wastewater Treatment Plant (Administration Building), 2 Grey St, S., Thornbury, ON A $35,000 bid security is required for this Tender.
