All bid submissions must be received in a sealed envelope and date stamped at the Finance Department, 1st Floor of Town Hall, 32 Mill Street, Thornbury, ON N0H 2P0. Please note that fax and email submissions will not be accepted.

It is important that you register as a Bidder with the Town so that you may ensure complete receipt of the required bid document and instructions on bidding.

Failure to register may result in non-acceptance of your submission. It is your responsibility to check for addenda prior to bid closing.

2017-50-P-COM Engineering Services for the Replacement of a Harbour Fuel Storage, Product Transfer Area and Delivery System (RFPs)

The Town of The Blue Mountains (Town) wishes to engage a consulting engineering firm to provide engineering services for upgrades at the Thornbury Municipal Harbour to replace the current fuel storage and delivery system for Low Sulphur Diesel and Gasoline. The work will include detailed design, tender preparation, contract administration, construction inspection, provision of record drawings and warranty administration. The Thornbury Municipal Harbour is owned by the department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada and operated by the Town of The Blue Mountains. This project must comply with all Environment and Climate Change Canada, as well as Technical Standards & Safety Authority, regulations
