  • Letter left for all residents who were not home here

A map of the study area is available here.

Why is the Class EA being completed now?

  • There are unresolved servicing concerns in Clarksburg. The Town regularly receives calls and requests from Clarksburg residents regarding water and wastewater servicing issues.
  • These types of issues are typically addressed by the completion of a Class EA which considers the environmental, economic and social/cultural impacts of possible solutions. Class EAs have a 10 year life and the previous one has expired.
  • Funding was provided by the Provincial and Federal Governments to cover 75% of the cost of the current Class EA and the Town is taking advantage of this opportunity.
