Taoist Tai Chi arts CONTINUING CLASS 10:00am - 12:00pm
Location: Beaver Valley Community Centre

Taoist Tai Chiā„¢ arts are based on a set of 108 movements and proven to benefit balance, strength, flexibility & circulation, as well as to improve over-all health & well-being of body, mind & spirit. Weekly classes in Thornbury are Wednesday from 10 am-noon at the Beaver Valley Community Centre. Special annual rates for seniors. Members may join classes in 26 different countries at no extra charge. Beginner classes start frequently. Contact: Doug
