In working to brighten Fred's life, Doris learns about a dark secret. As they catch up on news about old friends, Fred learns he's not the only one who's had a hard day: hefinds out what can be done to change things. Yoga for Kids!

Part of the Blue Mountains Public Library Winter Wellness Program Join us to learn the basics of Yoga for Kids. Taught by certified yoga instructor, Kara, this class is a great way for youth to build confidence, de-stress, and create mindful behavior through deep breathing and gentle movement.
