Catch the Christmas Jazz spirit at the Marsh! Sat Dec 9th at 8 pm.

Doors open at 7 pm for the silent auction.

T-C Rotary presents this Christmas Jazz concert as a fundraising event at the Marsh Street Centre in Clarksburg on Saturday December 9th, 2017. The doors open at 7:00 pm for the Silent Auction, with proceeds going to Beaver Valley Outreach, at which you may be able to shorten your Christmas gift list.

At 8:00 pm the show starts featuring some of the most recognized jazz musicians in Canada. The WHO’s WHO on the Toronto jazz scene includes Pat LaBarbera – tenor sax, Brian O’Kane - trumpet, Danny Douglas – trombone, Andy Harasymczuk – guitar, Kieran Overs – bass and Ted Warren – drums. As special guest the amazing Julia Hunter, a 14 year old student from Alliston, will sing the well known Christmas Song (Chestnuts roasting on an open fire….) The careful selection of well known Christmas tunes and carols has orchestrations and arrangements as you have never heard before. You may also hear a 12 bar blues.

This promises to be a festive and joyous evening to celebrate and enjoy the music of the season. Cash bar and refreshments are available. Tickets are $30 in advance, $35 at the door, at Thornbury Pharmasave, Riverside Graphics in Clarksburg and Blue Mountain Music in Collingwood.

Don’t miss the fun, enjoy the evening and support Beaver Valley Outreach
