iPad Classes at the Library Start January 9 ; New class: iPad Security and Healthy Practices

The popular series of iPad classes, taught by Darrell Noseworthy, is back at the L.E. Shore Memorial Library starting Tuesday, January 9th.

In iPad Basics part 1, you will learn more about your iPad including touch screen gestures, working with apps, the App Store, and browsing the Internet. After you have completed iPad Basics part 1, sign up for other classes according to your interests.

Darrell has added a fifth class in 2018: iPad Security and Healthy Practices. This class will cover options and practices for keeping iPads safe and in good health in a time of viruses, security breaches and many passwords.

January 9, 1-3pm: iPad Basics pt 1 (a prerequisite for all other iPad classes) Register here.
January 16, 1-3pm: iPad Photos (taking pictures with the iPad and using the Photo App to edit and organize images) Register here.
January 30, 1-3pm: iPad Security & Healthy Practices. Register here.
February 13, 1-3pm: iCloud for iPad (backing up your iPad and photo sharing through iCloud) Register here.
March 6, 1-3pm: iPad Mail, Messages and Skype. Register here.

Each class costs $15 and runs two hours. The maximum class size is 6, so register soon through our website or by visiting the library.
