Applications: Site specific local Official Plan Amendment, Zoning Bylaw Amendment, change to existing Draft Approved Plan of Subdivision to update the development concept associated with subject property.
Description: Existing land use approvals currently include local official Plan policy, zoning bylaw and an approved Draft Plan of Subdivision that is subject to several conditions. Current approvals enable development of up to 340 dwelling units and 9,100 sq meteres of commercial uses spread out over an East Neighbourhood and West Neighbourhood.
The new applications seek to adjust the previously approvals to reflect the renewed development plan for the West Neighbourhood including the following:
Modified Hazard zone provisions at the shoreline, and retention of lands for use of the residents of the development
