Artisan at Lora Bay (formerly known as Branch Subdivision)

The conditional approval on this Draft Plan of Subdivision lapsed as of January 11, 2021.

This proposal was for a five lot Plan of Subdivision and Condominium on a private road, at the property known as 189 Lake Drive.

The house constructed on proposed Lot 1 was a replacement to the former cottage that existed on the property. No additional lots have been created at this time.

The subdivision was draft approved by the County of Grey on January 11, 2018. The conditional draft approval was for three years, unless a request was granted for an extension under section 51(33) of the Planning Act. It should be noted that as no extension was requested, no extension was granted.
