You are invited to discover the proven health benefits of Taoist Tai Chi arts for balance, strength, flexibility and circulation, as well as to improve over-all health and well-being of body, mind and spirit. A set of 108 gentle movements that are the foundation of Taoist Tai Chi arts will be demonstrated and also explained, with some participation invited. A new beginner session starts on Wednesday, September 26 from 9-11 am at the Beaver Valley Community Centre.
