The property received approval of a Site Specific Zoning By-law Amendment in 2014 to permit the use of the lands for twenty-two (22) semi-detached and two (2) single detached residential dwellings. A Public Meeting was held on August 18th, 2014 and the public comment portion of the planning process is now closed. The Owner has submitted an application for Site Plan Approval to the Town, which is currently under detailed review by the municipality and applicable public agencies. As a part of the proposed site development plan, the existing on-site watercourse is to be re-aligned through the subject property, in accordance with plans accepted by the Department of Fisheries and Oceans and site development permits issued by the Grey Sauble Conservation Authority.
