What is being proposed?

The purpose of this application is to consider a request to permit an existing non-conforming automobile repair shop use up to a maximum of 350 square metres in size as well as outdoor storage space up to a maximum of 300 square metres.  It is noted that the owner wishes to construct a new 113 square metre addition to the existing 225 square metre shop.  The purpose of the addition is to provide indoor storage of equipment and parts.  No new vehicle bays will be added.

This application for Zoning By-law Amendment is submitted concurrent with an Application for Site Plan Approval.
