The proposal is to rezone what is known as "Block 46" of subdivision Plan 16M-20 (Dorothy Drive), from a residential zone that permits townhousess to one that permits single detached houses. The applicant also applied to Grey County for approval of a Plan of Subdivision. The applicant originally proposed to create 12 lots for single detached houses and has revised the proposal to allow for 16 lots.
A Joint Public Meeting with Grey County was held November 15, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
Following the public meeting, updated studies and materials were submitted in support of the applications. A decision has not yet been made on these applications.
