SubscribeThe proposal is seeking to rezone the subject lands from the Development ‘D’ and Hazard ‘H’ zones to the Residential One ‘R1-1’, Public Utilities ‘PU’, and Hazard ‘H’ zones and to sever the existing lot into five (5) residential lots and one (1) 6-metre-wide block for municipal infrastructure. All lots are proposed to be serviced by municipal water and sanitary sewer.
The legal description of the subject lands is Concession 6, Part Lot 26, RP 16R-4010, Part 1 and RP 16R-7516, Part 1.
