Individuals who wish to present or provide comment to Members of Council during regularly scheduled Council and Committee meetings have several options.
Correspondence addressed to Council is placed on the appropriate public Agenda. Personal information you choose to disclose in your letter will become part of the public record and your name will be published in the Agenda.
Individuals wishing to present to Council during a regularly scheduled Council or Committee of the Whole meeting must submit a completed Deputation Request Form to the Town Clerk within the prescribed deadline.
Ten minutes is allocated for each deputation.
Decorum dictates respect for all opinions and individuals are reminded there is zero tolerance for coarse language and inappropriate behaviour.
Individuals wishing to speak at this time do not have to register in advance with the Clerk's Office. Each individual is alloted three minutes to provide comment.
For more detail about presenting and/or providing comment to Council, see our Correspondence and Deputations page.
The Town is pleased to present the first edition of the Community Guide! The guide provides important information about Town departments, services, facilities, resources, programs and general business.
