The Town of The Blue Mountains has many public spaces, and recreational facilities, including parks and pavilions that are available for rent. RE:SOUND and SOCAN Fees

SOCAN fees are licensing fees that are charged for the licensed public performance and/or communication to the public by telecommunication of a copyright-protected musical work. These fees are applicable for all rentals where music will be played during the rental period. The fees are based on capacity.

Tennis Courts

Rental requests must be received 5 days prior to the rental date and will be responded to Monday to Friday during office hours. Court rentals are only available for commercial purposes (e.g. to teach lessons). Otherwise, all courts are open for free play on a first come, first serve basis.
