The Town Clerk can perform civil marriages in the Province of Ontario. Civil marriage services are scheduled either during or after regular business hours based on the availability of the Town Clerk. There are a number of marriage ceremonies that can be tailored to meet your needs. To discuss the issuance of a Marriage Licence or schedule a civil service, please contact the Town Clerk.

Please note that, based on availability, the Town Clerk is not currently accepting new bookings for civil wedding services. Previously scheduled civil wedding services will proceed as planned. Marriage licence applications are not affected and continue to be accepted. Please check back for updates regarding civil wedding services.
Marriage Licence Applications
As of February 3, 2025, applicants in the Town of The Blue Mountains can utilize Service Ontario to start the online submission process for their Marriage Licence Application.
If you do not wish to begin your application online, you can download an application form from the Province's Central Forms Repository and submit it to the Town Clerk.
