Public Surveys & Feedback

Resident Satisfaction Survey

The Town of The Blue Mountains has launched a resident satisfaction public survey to gain feedback to help inform future decision making, budgeting and priority setting.

The survey consists of two parts:

  • Part 1: The first part seeks to understand resident satisfaction related to service delivery, customer service and communication, financial management and leadership.

  • Part 2: The second part seeks to understand resident satisfaction with Town-owned infrastructure, including roads, sidewalks, bridges, water and wastewater systems, and recreational facilities/amenities.

The survey results will be presented to the current Town Council this summer and to the new Town Council in February 2023 following the Municipal Election.

The Town conducts surveys to gain feedback and input from residents and stakeholders to help inform Town projects and initiatives. All open surveys will be listed below.

In addition to surveys, the Town also hosts open houses, public information centres, public meetings and workshops to gain feedback. Details about these opportunities are posted on the public notices page.
