Staff Report PDS.21.067 was presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on June 29, 2021. This report summarizes the applications for a Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) and recommends that the Council enact the ZBA and support the proposed Draft Plan, subject to outlined conditions. The Committee voted 7-0 in favour of this motion and directed staff to provide a verbal update at the July 12, 2021, Council Meeting regarding sidewalks prior to Council consideration of the final Draft Plan conditions. This motion was carried at the Council Meeting on July 12, 2021.

March 18, 2025 - PBS.25.020
Staff Report PBS.25.020 was presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on March 18, 2025. The report provides staff recommendation to enact a By-law to remove the Holding ‘h41’ provision from the subject lands to permit the construction of 19 residential dwelling units as per the registered Subdivision Agreement. The Committee voted 6-0 to receive the recommendation report and to enact the proposed By-law to remove the 'h41' holding provision, which was approved at the Council Meeting on March 24, 2025.
