Update: New Staff Report

Staff Report PBS.25.020 was presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on March 18, 2025. The report provides staff recommendation to enact a By-law to remove the Holding ‘h41’ provision from the subject lands to permit the construction of 19 residential dwelling units as per the registered Subdivision Agreement. The Committee voted 6-0 to receive the recommendation report and to enact the proposed By-law to remove the 'h41' holding provision, which was approved at the Council Meeting on March 24, 2025.

The proposed subdivision of 18 units is to be serviced by municipal water and sewer services. The new cul-de-sac road would have access from Victoria Street and be called “Boynton Court”.

The Zoning By-law Amendment was approved by Council on July 12, 2021. The County of Grey approved the Draft Plan of Subdivision on August 12, 2021. A copy of each of the decisions is posted on this page.
