April 30, 2024 - PDS.24.075

• Staff Report PDS.24.075 was presented to the Committee of the Whole on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. The report provided the staff recommendation to enact a By-law to rezone the subject lands as outlined, adopt the Draft Plan of the Subdivision, and refer the matter to Grey County Council for approval. After a thorough discussion, the Committee voted 5 - 1 in favour of the recommendations.
