May 19, 2020 – PDS.20.50
Staff Report PDS.20.50 was presented at a Special Committee of the Whole meeting on May 25, 2020. The report provides additional information regarding questions raised by Council when considering the previous Staff Report PDS.20.34. Council voted 7-0 to endorse the County of Grey to grant Draft Plan Approval of Subdivision and Draft Plan Approval of Condominium, subject to outlined Draft Plan Conditions, and to enact a Zoning By-law Amendment to rezone the subject lands. Council also voted to direct staff to register on the title of each lot that Short Term Accommodations are not permitted. This decision was adopted at the June 1, 2020 Council meeting.

November 28, 2023 – PDS.23.129
Staff Report PDS.23.129 was presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on November 28, 2023. This report provides an update on the status of the Ridge Estates development and recommends that the Holding ‘-h38’ symbol be removed from the lands to allow for development. The Committee voted 6-0 to remove the Holding ‘-h38' symbol, which was ratified at the December 18, 2023, Council Meeting.
