The Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority will be at the L.E. Shore Library Saturday, May 6th at 11:00am with their Yellow Fish Road Program: Discovery Component.
The Discovery Component of The Yellow Fish Road Program is an engaging, interactive presentation about the flow of pollution into our waterways; and how it can be mitigated.
There will be a demonstration using a hands-on model called the EnviroScape. This groundwater model includes a town with a lake, farm, and construction zone and helps identify the points of pollution that make its way into waterways and how wetlands absorb contaminates to help mitigate harm to water quality.
Learn about water quality in our watershed. All ages. Registration is required.
