Youth Wellness Series: Find your Balance

Join us for an enlightening journey with the Youth Mindfulness Series, a collaboration between the Blue Mountains Public Library and Inner Yogies Studio. Beginning on Friday, April 8, at 5 pm at the L.E. Shore Library, this specially crafted program, led by Shikha, a seasoned Yoga & Meditation Teacher and Reiki Master, aims to guide youth through a four-week exploration of mindfulness practices.

April 8: Breathing, Meditation & Awareness

April 15: Building Confidence & Transforming Energy

April 22: Focus

April 29: Sound Healing, Visualization & Meditation

Engage in practices supporting personal growth and tranquility. Immerse yourself in a serene experience in the Gallery, and embark on a journey towards mindfulness and relaxation.
