Effectively immediately, the Provincial Government has expanded new social gathering restrictions across the province. New gathering sizes are now capped at 10 people for indoor gatherings and 25 people for outdoor gatherings.
In light of this announcement, The Town of The Blue Mountains’ Oktoberfest Organization Committee has decided to err on the side of caution for the safety of the community and cancel the outdoor dining portion of tonight’s event.
All those who have purchased dine in meal tickets for tonight’s event can pick up their meals at the Beaver Valley Community Centre/Arena (58 Alfred Street West) in Thornbury between 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
