The Town of The Blue Mountains is pleased to advise the public that the Town will be launching a new Agenda Management System to increase efficiency and streamline the preparation and distribution of Council and Committee packages.
The new tool, eSCRIBE is a leading agenda management software that will be added to the Town website in a phased approach to enhance the organization and display of meeting agendas, minutes and staff reports. The eSCRIBE system will be launched on Wednesday, October 28, with the release of the agenda package for the Committee of the Whole meeting taking place on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
“This new Agenda Management System will create a streamlined process for Town Staff, which will result in efficiency within the internal workflow processes,” says Shawn Everitt CAO of the Town of The Blue Mountains. “I would like to congratulate the Clerks Department and the IT Department for the launch of this exciting new initiative.”
