The June 3, 2021 Attainable Housing Corporation Agenda has been revised to include the following Closed Session items:
ii. litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board, and with respect to a complaint received;
iii. a trade secret or scientific, technical, commercial, or financial information that belongs to the board and has monetary value or potential monetary value, and with respect to the financial strategy for the Gateway Site.
