Make a Deputation

Members of the public can make a presentation, also referred to as a deputation, to Council or a Committee. Deputations provide an opportunity for dialogue with Council in an open setting, and can result in direction being provided to staff.

Please note: We encourage delegates to make their presentation at the Committee of the Whole level, where possible.
