This public notice is being considered at the Public Meeting on May 2, 2022 at 1:00pm in Hybrid Format (in-person and virtual/online).
The purpose of the application is to consider a request to rezone 589108 Grey Road 19 in order to permit the use of the existing single dwelling as a Bed and Breakfast. The Bed and Breakfast is proposed to occupy two bedrooms within the dwelling.
The effect of the application is to rezone the subject lands from Rural to Rural – Exception. This Exception would permit the use of lands to be used for a Bed and Breakfast Establishment.
