• Tyrolean Village Resorts (Arlberg) - Notification of Assumption

October 28, 2025 - PBS.25.071

• Staff Report PBS.25.071 was presented to the Committee of the Whole on October 28, 2025. This report notifies Council that the agreement terms for Tyrolean Village Phase 3 (Arlberg) have been satisfied, and that public works are now scheduled for assumption by the Town. The Committee voted 4-0 to enact a By-law to approve full acceptance and assumption of Public Works constructed for the subject lands and to assume the streets for public use. This decision was approved at the November 10, 2025, Council Meeting along with the enactment of a By-law to Accept and Assume the Public Works.
