  • Staff Report PDS.20.51 (Revised) provides a recommendation to the Director of Planning and Development Services regarding an application for Site Plan Approval for Second Nature Block 152. In accordance with Delegated Authority By-law 2012-76, the Director of Planning and Development Services granted Conditional Site Plan Approval, subject to conditions outlined within the report.

  • Staff Report PDS.21.124 was presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on November 2, 2021. This report provides a review and recommendation to Council to authorize removing the Holding ‘-h7’ symbol from the subject lands to allow building permits to be issued for the construction of residential dwelling units. The Committee voted 6-0 to enact a Zoning By-law Amendment to remove the Holding ‘-h7’ symbol, which was ratified at a Special Meeting of Council on November 22, 2021.
