Second Nature Phase 3 - Blumont
The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to inform those interested in Second Nature Phase 3 that the subdivision is scheduled for assumption by the Town.
Town Staff will bring the Assumption Report to the Committee of the Whole meeting on August 25, 2026. Following this meeting, a By-law will be brought forward to the September 8, 2026, Council Meeting to be signed by the Mayor, finalizing the assumption of the subdivision.

SubscribeWestbrook Development Corporation received Draft Plan Approval in 1998 for multiple development properties in the Craigleith Area (County File 42T-940004). Portions of this draft plan area have historically been known by various names, including Monterra South, Second Nature (Skyline Investments), and most recently as Blumont (Primont Homes). These lands were approved for 236 units over multiple phases. Phase 1 includes Crestview Court, Phase 2 was the creation of Crosswinds Blvd extension and Blocks 152 and 153 for future Townhouse and Short Term Accommodation Uses. Phase 3 (Blumont) includes part of Springside Crescent and some side streets.
