Second Nature Phase 3 - Blumont

Westbrook Development Corporation received Draft Plan Approval in 1998 for multiple development properties in the Craigleith Area (County File 42T-940004). Portions of this draft plan area have historically been known by various names, including Monterra South, Second Nature (Skyline Investments), and most recently as Blumont (Primont Homes).  These lands were approved for 236 units over multiple phases.  Phase 1 includes Crestview Court, Phase 2 was the creation of Crosswinds Blvd extension and Blocks 152 and 153 for future Townhouse and Short Term Accommodation Uses.  Phase 3 (Blumont) includes part of Springside Crescent and some side streets.
