The April 11, 2023 Court of Revision (Drainage Act) Agenda is now available.
On October 11, 2022 by By-law 2022-74 Council adopted an Engineer's Report prepared by WT Infrastructure Solutions Incorporated dated March 7, 2022 which Council procured pursuant to a request for the maintenance and extension of the Blue Mountain Outlet Diversion Drain and Ford Outlet Drain.
The Court of Revision members will receive orientation at 10:00 a.m. and the public hearing portion of the meeting will commence at 1:00 p.m. with opportunities for assessed parties to comment.
