Please note that the January 11, 2024 Special Committee of the Whole Budget Meeting is cancelled. Special Committee of the Whole Meetings were scheduled for January 8, 9, 10 and 11 for the purposes of 2024 Budget Review, and the January 11, 2024 Special Committee of the Whole Meeting is no longer required. Recommendations from the January 8, 9 and 10 Special Committee of the Whole meetings will be considered by Council at the January 29, 2024 Council Meeting.
