Transit service across South Georgian Bay will offer better service hours as of July 1, when a pilot project will see hours extended for the Collingwood/Blue Mountains Link, the Collingwood/Wasaga Beach Transit link, and Colltrans
Starting July 1, 2018, a pilot project will offer service on all three routes from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. The extended hours will see service provided during the current mid-day gap on the Collingwood/Blue Mountains link, as well as an extra hour of service in the evening on the Collingwood/Wasaga Beach link and additional service on weekend evenings for Colltrans.
This enhanced service is expected to greatly assist residents who rely on transit to travel to their employment, and will also make it easier for visitors to the area to use public transit to explore our region.
