An Instrumental Music program for Middle and High School students is being launched by Thornbury Jazzworks beginning Monday October 1, 2018
The 12 week course is for brass, woodwind and percussion players with basic band or ensemble playing experience. The program is designed for a group of young musicians to establish a VALLEY YOUTH BAND a soon as desired instrument balance is achieved.
Course Director is Ken Paterson, a recently retired music educator with over 30 years experience in teaching instrumental and vocal music both in York Region and Blue Water District School Boards.
Registration Fee is $30.00. Registration forms are available at the Beaver Valley Community School or at the front desk at Thornbury Pharmasave.
