SubscribeThe proposal is seeking to re-zone the subject property from Development ‘D’ zone, Commercial ‘C4-157’ zone, and Open Space ‘OS2’ zone to Resort Commercial Exception ‘C3-X-h’ zone in order to permit the construction of 12 commercial lodges containing 8 bedrooms each. The Town and County have received a Draft Plan of Subdivision application to create 12 lots with a frontage of 18 m, depth of 42 m containing a lot area of 756 m2. The Plan of Subdivision contains a 1.5 m wide public trail dedication and a 2.27 ha future development block. The application proposes to connect to the existing water services that currently run along Tyrolean Lane and to the future sanitary sewer.
