Grey Road 40 will be closed to through traffic from Grey Road 13 to Grey Road 2 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily from Monday, August 26 to Thursday, August 29. This closure is to allow Grey County to replace a culvert.

The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public of an upcoming temporary lane restriction. Drivers will be required to yield to oncoming traffic in the area of 210 Alice Street West on Tuesday, July 9. This is to allow the Town's Water Division to complete a leak repair. The repair will require temporary water shutoffs to properties in the area. Notices have been hand delivered to these properties. The work will be completed on Thursday, July 10 in the event of inclement weather.

The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public that sidewalk inspections are scheduled to be conducted throughout the Town beginning Friday, June 7, 2024.
The inspections will be completed utilizing scooter-mounted sensing technology by StreetScan Inc. The sensors identify trip hazards, cracks and other obstructions on sidewalks and walkways. Inspections will be taking place on priority and secondary sidewalks.
The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise residents that a Request for Proposals (RFP) process is currently underway seeking a consultant to support the design and construction of the New Craigleith Fire Hall #2. The deadline for completed RFPs was May 30, 2024. Award of the contract is expected in late June or early July.
