Members of the public can attend in person.
Anyone wishing to speak virtually at the Public Meeting is required to pre-register online, no later than 1:00 p.m. the Friday in advance of the meeting (no later than October 17, 2025, by 1:00 p.m.) To register online, please complete the Online Registration Form.
Registering in advance is not required if you wish to speak in person at the meeting.
