The Revised October 27, 2025, Committee of the Whole Agenda Package is now available for review and was revised as follows: 

• B.9.1 - 2026 Municipal Accommodation Tax Funding Recommendations, SI.25.036, will be included on the November 17, 2025, Committee of the Whole Agenda
• B.11.1 - Laurey Gilles, President, Nipissing Ridge Tennis Club (NRTC) Deputation regarding a Request for Council’s Support to Incorporate use at Bayview and Boyer Tennis Courts into NRTC’s leasing of Court Times has been pulled from the October 27, 2025, Committee of the Whole Agenda, at the request of the Presenter, and will be included on the November 17, 2025, Committee of the Whole Agenda. 
• Addition of Agenda Item B.4.7 – Application for Grant Opportunity for Moreau Park Revitalization Project (verbal update)
