The 2020 Labour Market Survey is now available!
The Four County Labour Market Planning Board is calling on employers like you to help us better understand the workforce issues and challenges facing local businesses. The EmployerOne survey collects information on a range of issues including annual projected vacancies, hiring intentions, recruitment strategies and challenges. After analysis, the data is released to schools, community partners, government agencies and the public so that they may see the skills needed to join our local labour force.
This survey is open to all employers – with at least one employee – in the Bruce/Grey/Huron/Perth region. The results help guide strategy development to support talent retention and attraction.
