Marking the Passing of Past Town Council Member Frank Lougheed
Please be advised that the flags at Town Hall are lowered to half mast until Friday September 14, 2018 to mark the passing of Frank Lougheed, a former member of Council and Fire Department.
Frank joined the Town's Parks Board in the 1950's as well as the volunteer fire department. In the latter, he served over 30 years having become Deputy Chief and winning a distinguished service medal. In 1973 Frank was elected to Town Council on which he served as a Councillor, Deputy Reeve, then Reeve until he retired from Council in 1999. This included 9 years on Grey County Council.
