Marking the passing of Robert "Bob" Gamble
It is with sadness that the flags at Town Hall have been lowered to mark the passing of former Council member Robert "Bob" Gamble.
Bob was a long standing member of the Town of The Blue Mountains Council. Bob was a Council member with the Town of Thornbury and was proud to sit as the last Mayor of the former Town of Thornbury. Bob was instrumental in the establishment of the Georgian Trail and sat on the Georgian Trail Board of Management for 30 years.

Council of the Town of The Bue Mountains 2000 – 2018 18 years
Member of the Georgian Trail Board of Management 1986 – 2016 30 years
Our entire Community greatly benefited from the commitment and loyalty Bob had for the Town and he will be sadly missed.
