The livestream of the November 18, 2025, Committee of the Whole has been impacted by the global Cloudflare outage.
The meeting will be recorded and posted to the Town website when service is restored. The Procedural Bylaw indicates that Council, COW and Committee Meetings held in the Council Chamber that are not closed to the public may be recorded for the purposes of webcasting the meetings to the public. Inability to record a meeting will not prohibit the meeting from commencing or continuing. The official minutes of a meeting shall be the minutes as adopted by Council, COW and retained in the Clerks Department.
Council are sitting as Committee of the Whole today. The recommendations from today’s meeting will be considered by Council at the December 1, 2025 Council Meeting.
