The Town would like to advise residents that there will be grading and roadworks occurring in the Dorothy Drive area of Peaks Meadows beginning May 2, 2022 and continuing until June 30, 2022.
B & J Contracting on behalf of the Developer, 239944 Ontario Inc., will be continuing construction activities in the area. This stage of construction activities will include installation of sanitary and water services, fill removal, general lot grading and road reinstatement. Should there be service interruptions to your home, you will receive an additional notice with details. Should road or lane closures be required, you will be notified in advance by road signs posted in the vicinity of the closure.
You may see construction equipment, dump trucks, and site crews operating. You may hear noise from the construction activities, in accordance with the Town Noise Control Bylaw 2002-9.
